Irritable Bowel: Sounds like irritable Bowel Syndrome. Need to see a gastroenterologist to help you better get to the bottom of these symptoms. Gall bladder is not high on list of possibilities with these symptoms.

?Virus/ IBS, etc: If these symptoms continue, then be sure to see the GI dr as if it is a virus, it should slowly improve with clear liquids and rest, but if not, Irritable Bowel syndrome can have these same symptoms but is a diagnosis of exclusion, so see the Gi Dr. Good luck.

Spastic colon: it could be a lot of things, if your GB does not have a stone, it does not mean it is functional you could have an ulcer or gastritis. most likely you have what we called, IBS or irritable bowel syndrom, that can alternate between diarrhea and constipation, cause abdominal pain that could severe some time, and bloating it is a diagnosis made by exclusion and the treatment is varied
