Diarrhea(3mo). some constipation. lighter color. floats when solid. diarrhea is fluffy. yellow liquid & undigested food sometimes. no appetite sometimes. bloating & nasua. no fever, pylori, c diff, parasite. have fatty liver, no gallbladder. why?

Sounds like an issue with digestion and/or absorption. Get seen in person for a full history & exam, plus stool studies.
