BMI: Make sure you get your thyroid checked out. You could be hyperthyroid and it could be the the cause of your tachycardia as well

Under weight: After making sure there is no associated illness contributing to the weight loss, try to eat healthy nutritional meals several times a day, may be six times/day. Still have to choose the healthy diet, multi grain products, proteins rich nuts, shakes and smoothies, enjoy the food, not many can imagine. Do not fill the stomach with water, sip on shakes and smoothies to get the calorie.
