I've complained about headaches for 10 months now they come and go and differentiate if i had a brain tumor would i have known by now? wat are chances

Remote: Brain tumors will produce progressively worse symptoms. besides headaches, nausea and vomiting or seizures can develop. You should seek medical help from a primary care of from a neurologist if the headaches are more frequent than before.
