I have been having headaches for about 20 days now with fatigue. i have been diagnosed with anxiety in the past and i do worry alot and stress about things. ive been worried sick all week about it being a brain tumor?

Headache is a common symptom and brain tumor as the cause of headache is just way down at the bottom of the etiology list. That thought only makes your anxiety worse which could exacerbate your headache. You should see your pediatrician for a correct assessment and get rid that ugly condition off your mind in the mean time. Good luck.

Small brain tumors rarely if ever, present with only headaches, and far more likely, the headache is due to migraine, tension cephalgia, or other common and benign conditions. A visit to your regular physician should ease and clarify your concerns.
