Here are some tips: Anxiety is a bad disease. There are a few remedies. You need to learn how to relax using either meditation or Yoga. Yoga teaches you how to breath properly. If you can practice taking one dozen deep yet slow in and slow out breaths, it will help you relax and in the process take away your anxiety.
