Not really: Height is largely determined genetically. There are no foods or things that you do that would make you taller. At 16 you we just about at your adult height. Please eat a healthy diet. Do not try dieting to avoid growing taller as this can weaken your bones and cause other problems. Once you get older you will be glad that you are tall (advice from 6 foot tall doctor).
