Unlikely to happen: Most women stop growing by 15-16 or 3 years after 1st menses. Their expected final height genetically is the average of both parents less 2.5 inches. If you have not grown at least 1/2 inch in the past year you are done. Your growth centers close from the same signals that finalize puberty. When growth centers close no diet, exercise or anything else that will add to your height.
