Unlikely to be pbm: The toddler teeth are susceptible to surface stains and this often represents direct contact with the Iron in supplements we give them. These are used often not used after infancy, and will not effect the permanent teeth that have not emerged. By early childhood, iron rich foods become the main iron source and these do not stain teeth.
