Yes: Milk, whether from a breast or a bottle, contains sugars. Bacteria convert sugars into acids that etch the calcium out of tooth enamel. ADA recommends that ALL children have 1st dental exam no later than 1st b'day just to prevent problems like your child's. Recommend he/she immediately see a Pedodontist, a Children's Dental Specialist, ASAP, now, quickly.
