Epistaxis: Epistaxis (nosebleeds) 3 times in the week indicates there is a definite area in your nasal cavity that is prone to inflammation and bleeding, in your case most likely due to a sinus infection. Sometimes, the body will heal itself, but if it persists as in your case, there may need to be an area that should be cauterized to assure the stoppage of bleeding. Best wishes.

Sinusitis ?: With these symptoms, you need to see you doctor and have a good exam to see what's going on locally, they will try to resolve the pain and bleeding, but should also refer you to an ENT who may take a more in depth look either with a scope or by taking images of the insides of your head to see what's going on in your sinus areas. The therapy will be based on what they find. It sounds like sinusitis
