I hit my head very hard on concrete last night, it was bleeding a lot and the paramedic cleaned it up, now foggy headed & very sore, stiff neck.

Go to ER immediately: Given your stiff neck you need to be seen and examined today to make sure that there is no life threatening illness that is present such as a bleed. If that has been ruled out you could have a concussion since you hit your head hard on concrete. Good luck!
