Phils/stop smoking: We have to have a different consideration for people with some hemoptysis. About 70% of people in the philippines have +ppd so that has to be a consideration. On the other hand the most common cause of blood in the back of the throat in the morning is allergic rhinitis and that should be treated first while work up is being done. Ask your doctor for antihistamine and nasal spray and work up others.
