NO: Sinusitis alone does not cause a bloody nose! Its DRYNESS ...YOU NEED HUMIDIFICATION in your bedroom at night and going into your bathroom running HOT water in shower until the room STEAMS UP!!!(2X/day) Do this for 7-10 days and the dryness, crustiness and bleeding from that crust will stop!!!! If not See an allergist! Hope this helps Dr Z
