Methotrexate SEs: Whoever is prescribing this methotrexate for you should be called at once. This medicine is very powerful and could have dangerous side-effects. I don't mean to scare you but you need answers and you should be seen by a doctor who can figure out what is going on. This medicine makes you more susceptible to infections, but could have other effects too and therefore you need to be monitored closely.
