It is just: describing the positions of your uterus and ovaries, and the appearance of your endometrium, which is likely hyperechoic due to the phase of your cycle. It sounds normal unless there are other findings you don't mention.

The uterus is anteverted, measures 6.2 x 2.6 x 4.1 cm. Endometrium is 3.3 mm in thickness. The right ovary measures 3.9 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm. The left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.5 x 2.6 cm. Is this normal? also, how does this affect my fertility (if it does)?
