Question not clear: When you close the eyes if you feel the closure is not proper and is weak and similarly if your lips deviate to opposite side when you try to smile ,than the side of eye weakness it could be Bells palsy. Few reasons are possible- dry and col weather, viral infections, with no reason it can come, and anatomical problems of th 7 th cranial nerve which cause similar prob. from brain stem to face
