After going through bells palsy on right side i got crocodile tears for about 10 months now it was ok for almost 9 months it would tear while i ate nothing else but now my head starts hurting after tearing on the effected side which goes down the ear?

This is not really the typical course for Bell's Palsy. At this point you should see a neurologist for evaluation and possible imaging.

Not feasible to sort out post-Bell's synkinesia, with aberrant nerve regeneration vrs. developing cluster headaches. You are best advised to have a local neurologist fully evaluate all of this.
