Call dentist first: Get back to the dentist/root canal specialist and be re-evaluated asap. A root canal tooth is not immune from reinfecting or possibly cracking/fracturing creating other concerns.

Yes: Tooth and surrounding areas should be evaluated by a root canal specialist, and Endodontist. Pain may be due to incomplete treatment, fracture, or other factors. pain/twitching may have a neurologic cause rather than a dental cause. Start with Endodontists and go from there.
