Endodontist: Call the endodontist or dentist that did the root canal for you. Endodontist is the root canal specialist.

General dentist: I'd see your general dentist first for an assessment of the problem. It's possible that your symptoms are normal from having a root canal as it can take up to 6 months for the infections to heal. I'd give it 2 more weeks and then see your dentist if there are still problems.
