Get treatment: Since you have a diagnosis of IBS-C. I will,assume you are receiving treatment by a doctor. Cramps like you describe are a part of this disease, and your doc can offer meds to help this. Amitiza (lubiprostone) is indicated for this problem but speak w your doc for best options in your case. Don't forget that certain foods like corn,can worsen your symptoms , so get a diet too.
