48yo male with ibs has recurring all-day nagging, pulling pain 3 in. to the right of the navel, under the fat, sometimes with sharp groin pain. have been told functional pain, after 2019 colonoscopy & 2020 ct were clear. tbc normal, so what is this?

With normal colonoscopy and normal CT scan, it is very likely IBS (other, uncommon possibilities = celiac disease, small bowel bacterial overgrowth, lactose intolerance). Benign condition in terms of lifespan and associated complications, but certainly annoying. Need to see a gastroenterologist
