For years fluctuating elevated lipase (1-2x out of range to normal, sometimes mild) normal amylase. ct & mrcp normal. no pain or nausea. gastro says benign, wont approve eus or ercp. 2nd opinion?

Chasing a number: Why did you have lipase checked in the first place? Were you having abdominal pain? Not sure i would want an ERCP when ct already normal, not an easy test and has been known to cause pancreatitis. If feeling fine, i would let it lie, especially with nl testing otherwise.
