Not generally: Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) may be structurally similar to Tricyclics Antidepressants, they aren't known for those properties and shouldn't be taken for that purpose.

Not usually: In my experience flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) is more related to valium type tranquillizers instead of tricyclic antidepressants. Your pharmacist is better qualified to answer your question,however.
