Baclofen: Baclofen is a better choice than the other you have mention. I think you have gotten used to it or you have gotten worse pathology. Try first reducing the dose and frequency under your doctors supervision and see if there is any difference before you try something else.

Hard to compare: Both are muscle relaxants and both are used for muscle relaxation. They are used for fibromyalgia, since muscle relaxation helps fibromyalgia. Baclofen and Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) are usually not used just for skeletal problems. Discuss with your pcp.
