Can i take two 50mg tramadol? one isn't helping to much with the pain. i also had one 10mg flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).

Tramadol: The short answer is yes. You can also add tylenol (acetaminophen) to it as a level-up. The long answer is that the bottle usually says 1-2. If your doctor did not write for 2 at a time, you might want to check in with that person as to why, they may have a specific reason
