Clinical evaluation: Her physician can evaluate her for signs of a nervous system or inner ear problem by a clinical exam. If abnormalities of balance or eye movement are found, further testing may be indicated. Vertigo (feeling of spinning) is very common. Most of the time it can be treated successfully.
