Many options poss: Need to rule out cancer. You seem to have done it by ct. High chance to be medication induced. Would stop all if poss. Otherwise, if off meds with normal ct, would be reasonable to have colonoscopy and egd. Need to restrict fluid intake. There are medicines to use. Important! low salt in blood (hyponatremia) means high water to salt ratio not low salt? Hence need for fluid restriction.Pituit?Poss.
