Hit my head on cabinet 2 weeks ago.. i got a neuro test done and everything came out normal.. im experiencing what seems to be a tension headache.. should i get a ct scan even though doctor says i dont need one done?

intense headaches can be triggered up to two weeks after incidental head trauma. By itself it is not a reason for a scan. If you had an evaluation and the doc found not suggestive findings a scan would not be indicated. From this history I don't think any 3rd party insurer would pay for it if you have it done.

From provided information, appears that you have acquired a post-traumatic headache, and termed "tension headache". Do not understand why you appear to wish an imaging study which will likely be your expense. Instead, see a neurologist and get your headaches under control.
