Hard to say: It is hard to answer this without more information. Does movement of your back bother you? Do you have a fever? Is your urine alright now? For a simple UTI, it is not common that back pain would develop afterwards. There are some rare possibilities though, and if you have a fever, definitely have someone see you!

Back pain: Back pain is one of the most common complaints that doctors see and it has numerous possible causes. If your back pain is secondary to UTI then you need to be seen again and re-evaluated ASAP since you may have upper tract infection or something else in process. Good luck.
