Panic State: The number one rule is to not panic about feeling anxious- that usually makes it feel worse and prolongs the panicked feelings. I noticed that you indicated you are pregnant. Your panicked state could be due the worries about your pregnancy, changes in dietary demands due to the pregnancy or some minor phyisological imbalances. I would suggest you make an appointment with your OBGYN and have them check you out.

So sorry you are: going through this. See your doc to rule out medical conditions such as thyroid. Symptoms may resolve before or during that time but see a clinical psychologist who can teach you some stress management strategies. Odds are you will come through this stronger and more free than ever. peace and good health.
