Have an evaluation: If you are correct, you need to begin treatment - the best plan is a combo of therapy and meds. Start w/ an eval by a psychologist - it may be something else. Diagnosis is not a D.I.Y. project. This is not very rare - and many therapists are quite experienced. Best!

See doctor: Having panic attacks is very scary. There are medications that can help so please see your doctor or a psychiatrist for some medication to decrease or eliminate the attacks. Here's some things that are also helpful. Eliminate all stimulants including caffeine and nicotine. Exercise regularly. Eat healthy food. Spend some time each day being quiet and alone. Spend time with friends having fun.
