Need more info: When you say dizziness, do you mean lightheadedness (fainting) or spinning? Do you have nausea? Also, do you have ear pain, ringing in the ear or hearing loss? See your clinician to sort it out because the treatments are very different depending on the cause. Most dizziness, by the way, is not due to a febrile ear infection requiring antibiotics.
