I gave my 7mnth daughter yogurt,but some ppl told me it's harmful for babies less than 1 year. is it true? can i give her yogurt-fruit puree?

Not harmful: They may have misunderstood the pediatricians recommendation to feed babies either breastmilk or formula for at least a year, and not start whole milk until after a year. An occasional yogurt does not hurt, just don't count on it as a main source of milk protein. Avoid the fruit puree at this early age--products like yo-baby may be fine in occasional usage.
