Is it ok to give babies multivitamins to 2 & 3 years old children on regular basis? my children dont eat any fruits at all.

Yes: This however does not repalce the benefits of fruits, fiber and the nutrition derived from it. Vitamins are a supplement filling in any gaps in our daily intake.
