Pain will respond to NSAIDs but shouldn't use if fractures severe as it may delay healing. Opioids are used for a few wks. your doc, or see a pain mgment doc for an evaluation. Perhaps nerves were injured and the pain is caused by more than the fracture

Well,...: It appears as if you had some major trauma, whereas you broke all those bones! Pain tolerance and thresholds are different for each individual, but you certainly have reason for pains.
