Fell on ice in dec. hands & knees hurt, focus was on fractured hand. left knee hurts when i bend it. hurts worse to sit w/ it bent than to walk on it.

A contusion to the-: -patellar articular surface leads to chondromalacia of the articular surface. it may not be abvious right away, as the changes are physical, so they develop later and any increased pressure such as sitting and walking, espessially going down stars or inclines. also sudden release of pressure such as after sitting a while and then standing up will cause immediate pain. get into an ortho surg soon.
