I'm experiencing heel pain for a month now (the right hand side of the heel). i had a fracture in this foot 14 years ago. pain killers and anti-inflammatory pills does not help. i had a sonar done in may 2018 and it showed fluid. what do i do now?

Heel pain: An ultrasound , fluid months ago. Can this be a heel spur, stress fracture, arthritis, bone metabolism problem, or a back nerve problem? The possibilities of what this can goes on longer.
