X-rays which showed signs of aged fractures above his wrist and ankle on the right hand side, what does this mean?

Out of context: Ideally, you have to read the entire report as well as undetstand the reason for taking the xray. However, if i were to infer, the "aged fractures" indicate some degree of healing but are possibly in stages at certain areas described.

Fracture: This indicates there was a fracture at some point in the patient's life. Without more history , it is speculation to say there was pathology or simply trauma.
