Varies: fibroids can vary easily 5 fold in size. Can be anywhere from a small injection to take some blood away from an area (brief hospitalization... like 1 day) to major abdominal surgery requireing a week of hospitalization (uncommon) cannot say in your particular case, but generally, about 2 days.
