Laparoscopy : Find a gyn surgeon with expertise in laparoscopic myomectomy. That is what you need. Another option is MRI guided high frequency ultrasound. I don't recommend it.

No one right answer: There are many approaches including some very new minimally invasive techniques using radiologic guided embolization. However this decision is best made in conjunction with your gynecologist who is most familiar with your specific condition and your eligibility for the various techniques.
