Laparoscopy : Find a gyn surgeon with expertise in laparoscopic myomectomy. That is what you need. Another option is MRI guided high frequency ultrasound. I don't recommend it.

No one right answer: There are many approaches including some very new minimally invasive techniques using radiologic guided embolization.
