Surgery if necessay: Uterine fibroids common. When the grow and exend t above umbilicus with active bleeding formal laparotomy with hystere3ctoy may be needed. Otherwise if small laparoscopy can be used. Alternative treatments include cryosurgery, fibroid embolization, magnetic Resonancde Guided Fibroid ultrasound and at times fibroid myomectomy
