Find cause: We're pleased to have you. The cause of the elevated liver enzymes must be sought. Hepatitis B and C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, antitrypsin deficiency, and autoimmune hepatitis must be tested for. If none are present, perhaps your liver is just asking for more physical exercise / a fitness-focused lifestyle. Some livers will do this. Best wishes.
