8.5yrs old was on 2g lendacin intravenous therapy for 7 days (was treated for facial cellulutis). 1 week after doctor made ultra sound for kidneys. results were fine but doc saw greasy liver. ast, alt are elevated. is it from antibiotics or not?

Abnormal liver enzymes can be due to antibiotic treatment with Lendacin but fatty (greasy) liver is not a known side effect. Your daughter is only 8.5 years-old but she received a 2 gm dose so I wonder if she is quite overweight which can be related to fatty liver and high AST, ALT. Take care.
