Only way: to know for sure is by getting a duplex ultrasound. If the pain is gone now, you have no swelling, you are not taking birth control pills, and you don't smoke, risk is low. If you do, you should see a doctor.

R leg pain: Unless leg was swollen when painful unlikely a DVT. If it was see your physician. If not, unlikely stomach pain is connected to abdominal pain. If abdominal pain in R upper side beneath ribs, see your physician for further work up.
