Let me see: Having leg pain could be from many sources including blood clots especially if used oral contraceptive. Some time you do not have pain and still get blood clot. For the clot to travel to the abdomen it must be serious one and you will feel it. For this reason I do not think so. Always be careful if you having blood clot and go have it checked.
