4 yrs. ago had leg pain, ultrasound performed and told no dvt. now seeing report says lesser saphenous occluded, should i be worried,? no one told me!

Not a lot: the saphenous is a superficial vein, and not DVT. However, any clot is abnormal and you should be evaluated for platelet function, clotting issues,varicose veins. The cause of your superficial venous thrombus may still be important in your life! While no DVT we generally would tell someone about any abnormality. It may also have been very chronic and scarred at the time.
