I had major abdominal surgery 11 days ago. a few days now, pain behind knee and on calf. the pain is either very sharp, or burning. had uss, no dvt.

R/O BAKER'S CYST: Your SX are suggestive of a bakers cyst that may be leaking or potentially ruptured. You need to be examined and have an US or potentially MRI performed On the affected knee and calf. Seek prompt medical attention. Also ortho consult for steroid injection vs arthroscopic removal

Pain: Two options: 1: Go to the nearest Emergency facility - have some one take you there. 2: Call your abdominal surgeon as early as possible on Monday. The ER today would be my strongest recommendation.
