Go get a urinalysis: This could be blood/infection.

Here are some ...: Many reasons make urine appearing dark reddish orange, including foods, food dyes, drug, diseases, etc. Largely, it's harmless as long as not persisting, not hurting, living healthy, active, vibrant life, and urinalysis being normal. See a doctor: The orange red color of the urine may indicate it is very concentrated, but it may also signal the presence of blood and/ or bile pigment. Either way, a doctor visit is in order, as the appearance is not normal and needs evaluation.
