I was prescribed penicillin for bacterial sinusitis. can penicillin v cause orange-reddish urine? 2 months ago i had kidney stones could it be related?- so far i have no other symptoms i.e flank pain

?hematuria: Sounds more like the Kidney stone issue or some Urogenital tract issue that is most likely causing blood in the urine that you are seeing. Doubt it has anything to do with the Penicillin. See the Dr. to get the hematuria assessed. Best wishes.

Urine discoloration: Penicillin usually does not cause any urine discoloration. May be some other medicine or food like beet may cause discoloration too. If symptoms persist have it checked out

Not penicillin: Penicillin does not cause orange-reddish urine. However if you still have kidney stones they may be causing some blood to appear in urine. Other possibilities include foods that can turn urine orange or reddish : beets, blackberries and rhubarb can turn urine red or pink.
